Along with her sister, she recently took over her familys beloved restaurants, Little Palace and Ha Long Bay, aiming to modernize operations while honoring their legacy. She holds both a BBA and an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Born and raised in Madison, Stephanie is deeply committed to her community. She is a passionate supporter of the Literacy Network, where she has progressed from a tutor to a member of the Board of Directors. As the daughter of refugees, she is driven to create equitable and human-centric experiences in her work.
She and her sister are ushering in a "new era" for their familys iconic restaurant, Ha Long Bay, after taking over ownership in 2024.
