He is deeply passionate about community service in Northeast Ohio, serving on numerous boards including the GAR Foundation, United Way, and Greater Akron Chamber. Steve actively engages in fundraising for nonprofits and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, for which he received the Love Akron Changemaker Award.
He co-authored "The 401k Sales Champion, " one of the first guides for financial advisors on selling and servicing corporate retirement plans.
