With over 23 years of experience, he specializes in aseptic processing, food safety, and operational excellence. He holds an MS in Food Science from Utah State University and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Outside of his professional life, Steven is a passionate and creative musician. He is a member of the instrumental rock band Robo Band TX and wrote all 17 tracks for the bands first full-length album, released in 2021.
Unique fact: He co-authored a scientific paper on the causes of split defects in Swiss cheese during his Masters program.
