Sue Burnett

An acclaimed leader, she recently received the Houston Business Journals Lifetime Achievement Award and will be inducted into the American Staffing Associations Hall of Fame. People often call her a "visionary" and a "remarkable role model".
Outside of work, Sue is deeply committed to philanthropy, serving on the boards of Goodwill Industries, Junior Achievement, and the Better Business Bureau. She and her husband, Rusty, are avid world travelers, having visited 80 countries, and are passionate supporters of their alma mater, the University of Arkansas.
She founded her company in 1974 with a $10, 000 loan, using her car as collateral, and has since grown it into Texass largest employee-owned staffing firm.
