Thaïs Le Cam is a professional offshore skipper and sports event specialist, managing partner spaces for the TRANSAT CAFÉ L’OR. An entrepreneur, she co-founded the Frérots Sailing team to compete in the demanding Mini 6.50 circuit. She holds an M.Sc. in International Sport & Event Management from KEDGE Business School.
Driven by a lifelong passion for the sea, she has competed in multiple transatlantic races, including the Mini Transat, and aims to race the Route du Rhum. Outside of sailing, she has a strong interest in motorsports, having previously worked for the International Automobile Federation (FIA) and Peter Auto.
As the daughter of sailing legend Jean Le Cam, she is intentionally forging her own path in the sport to establish her own identity.
