Theresa Andrejack Loux is the Chief Technical Officer at Aero Aggregates of North America, where she pioneers the use of sustainable construction materials. A Ph. D. graduate from Drexel University, she recently won the 2025 Martin S. Kapp Foundation Engineering Award for her innovative contributions to geotechnical engineering.
Outside of her technical role, she is dedicated to fostering the next generation of engineers, serving as chair of the Delaware Valley Geo-Institute and teaching at several universities. A resident of Bucks County, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children and has a passion for quilting.
She was instrumental in the rapid, 12-day emergency reconstruction of the collapsed I-95 bridge in Philadelphia.
