With a background as a Global IT Portfolio Manager, he has extensive experience in agile governance and process automation. He earned a Masters in Information Technology from Capella University.
After retiring from the corporate world, Thomas founded a non-profit to provide free IT training and mentorship to low-income students. He is passionate about creating equitable opportunities and holds certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as in being a male ally at work.
He recently fulfilled his dream of starting a non-profit company after retiring from the full-time workforce.
