Thomas Sautier

Thomas Sautier is an e-learning coordinator and IT manager at Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg (Hénallux), where he also lectures on topics incorporating sustainable development. He holds a bachelors degree from Haute Ecole Namuroise Catholique and is a key technical and academic contact within the institution.

Beyond his work in education, Thomas is a passionate culinary artist and entrepreneur. As a trained restaurateur from CEFOR, he is the independent owner of Cook Tales, where he is known for his creative and inventive approach to gastronomy.
