Tim Glaser

Tim Glaser is the technical Co-Founder and CTO of PostHog, an open-source analytics platform that graduated from Y Combinator. He leads all technical strategy and architecture, drawing from his experience progressing from an engineer to R&D Manager at Arachnys. He is a strong advocate for developer-focused tools and transparent company culture.

A technologist from a very young age, Tim began coding at 11 and was getting paid for his work by 13. This early passion for building software has defined his career, leading him to contribute to open-source projects long before co-founding his own successful company.

Interesting fact: Tim and his co-founder built and launched the first version of PostHog in less than four weeks while participating in Y Combinator.
