With over 20 years in education, he is recognized for his commitment to character development and innovative curriculum enrichment, including creating the "Dragon QUEST" program.
Outside of his leadership roles, Tim is deeply passionate about sports, having served as a Director of Sport where he coached cricket and tennis. He and his wife, Emma, have also been Houseparents, demonstrating a strong, personal commitment to student pastoral care and community.
He designed and launched "Dragon QUEST, " a pioneering weekend enrichment curriculum that replaces traditional lessons with skills-based activities like filmmaking and archery.
