Tim Schwartz

Tim Schwartz is the long-standing Director of Brewing Operations at Real Ale Brewing Co. , a position he has held for a significant part of his career since 2005. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he began his brewing journey at Bitter End Bistro & Brewery before becoming a key figure in the Texas craft beer scene.

His career is deeply rooted in the Central Texas brewing community. This long-term focus on a single geographic area and industry suggests a strong passion for the craft and local culture. He has also pursued specialized education through the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA).

Tim has been a core member of the Real Ale Brewing team for nearly two decades, shaping its production and growth.
