Toby Parkes is the Founder and CEO of Rhizocore Technologies, a company translating scientific research into biodiversity-positive applications. Holding a PhD from the University of Bath, his work in molecular plant pathology and experience at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, informs his mission to develop nature-based solutions for ecosystem regeneration and commercial forestry.
Inspired by the natural world, Toby grew up in a rural English village and is an avid mountaineer. This passion for the outdoors drives his professional ambition to solve global challenges like climate change and biodiversity loss, aiming to restore and protect the planet for future generations.
