Tochukwu Egenti

Tochukwu Egenti is a Senior Associate in the IP and Technology group at Freshfields, specializing in data privacy, cyber security, and cross-border commercial matters. A University of Cambridge graduate, he advises technology sector clients on data-related legal issues, M&A transactions, and cyber security breaches.

Drawing from his education, Tochukwu has a background in legal argumentation and public speaking, having participated in mooting competitions and a debate society. His role as Head Student for Charities in high school suggests an early interest in community involvement and philanthropic causes.

He has unique in-house experience from secondments at both a major technology company, Palantir, and a key financial institution, the London Stock Exchange Group.
