As Head of Programmes for the UKs top summer school, he oversees student experience and programme development at Oxford and Cambridge. He holds a Masters from Universitat de Barcelona.
Outside of his primary career, Tom is deeply invested in academic pursuits and is currently seeking a university to undertake a Ph. D. in applied linguistics. He also actively supports his partners new business venture, a local toy store, helping out at community fairs.
He is actively researching the beliefs and practices of teachers towards task-based and project-based learning for his Ph. D.
