Tracy Primeau is a board member at Ontario Power Generation and a Strategic Indigenous Advisor with over 31 years of experience in the nuclear energy sector. She distinguished herself as one of the first women and the only Indigenous woman to become a licensed nuclear operator and Shift Manager at Bruce Power, rising from an entry-level position. She holds a BA from the University of Waterloo.
As a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation, Tracy is dedicated to economic reconciliation and Indigenous relationship-building. She founded Agile Bear, a consultancy focused on clean energy expansion for remote Indigenous communities. Tracy is active in her community of Kincardine, raising two sons with her husband, Dave, and volunteers on local boards, including the local hockey club executive.
