Outside of her brand, Victoria is a mother to three children and an active mentor. She is passionate about supporting other women and has engaged in significant charitable work, including climbing Kilimanjaro and trekking the Sahara for the EY Foundation. She is a vocal advocate for flexible working arrangements.
After teaching herself accountancy, she won a prize for achieving one of the highest marks in the country on her professional certification exam.
