Violet Rainwater is the CEO of The Rainmakers Way, a sales training agency focused on integrating AI with human connection. With over 25 years of experience in sales and finance, she helps organizations innovate their sales systems. She holds an MBA and is a nine-time Million Dollar Round Table qualifier.

Originally from a communist country, Violet immigrated to America, an experience that ignited her drive. She is passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs and participates in an annual retreat in Portugal with a group she calls a "powerhouse sisterhood. " Violet is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, reflecting her interest in wellness.

After 15 years in high-pressure sales led to severe burnout, she developed a framework based on neuroscience to help professionals avoid the same fate.
