Georgia McDonald is the General Manager at Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship, where she provides operational and strategic leadership. She is focused on fostering practical education and connecting aspiring entrepreneurs with industry mentors. She previously completed a market research internship in Japan with the global design company Steelcase.
She is passionate about supporting emerging leaders, with a specific focus on encouraging female and Indigenous entrepreneurs. Driven by a strong moral compass, she believes those in privileged positions have a responsibility to help others and invests time in understanding diverse perspectives to address global issues.
She co-hosted a masterclass for over 100 of Australias leading Indigenous entrepreneurs at the Dream Summit.
