Waheeda Islam, MBPsS MBACP MNCPS (Accred) PGCert

Waheeda Islam is the CEO of Nour, a charity for abuse survivors, and Director of Inner Rewilding Therapy. A psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, she specializes in trauma-responsive, culturally-attuned care. She holds a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision, with additional qualifications in hypnotherapy.

Outside of her clinical work, Waheeda is a poet at heart, a devoted reader, and a nature lover. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes, reflecting her deep connection to soulful and expressive practices for healing.

She has developed a unique therapeutic approach called "Inner Rewilding," which connects healing with nature and the bodys innate wisdom.
