Waldo Parmelee is the founder of Wepco Plastics, a custom injection molding company he established in 1985. A graduate of Central CT State, he has grown the business from a two-person shop into a significant regional manufacturer serving the aerospace, medical, and defense industries.
He has successfully built a multi-generational, family-run business. His son now serves as President, and his brother, daughter, and nephew also hold key positions within the company, highlighting a deep commitment to family values and legacy in his professional life.
Waldo grew his company from just one toolmaker and himself to a firm that now employs over 30 people.
