Will Avila

Will Avila is a social entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of Clean Decisions, LLC and the Founder of the non-profit Changing Perceptions. He leverages his background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia to create employment and mentorship opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals, aiming to foster successful reentry.

Avilas work is deeply personal, stemming from his own experience of being incarcerated for a decade. He is a passionate advocate for changing the narrative around returning citizens, focusing on building a strong, supportive community to help individuals and their families thrive after prison.

Unique fact: After struggling to find work post-incarceration, he started his commercial cleaning company, Clean Decisions, with just a single bucket and a mop.
