Will Jones is a visionary leader with over 32 years of experience in human services, serving as the President/CEO of THOMPSON Child & Family Focus. He is a recognized expert in child welfare and juvenile justice, holding Masters and Bachelors degrees from the University of Central Florida. People who have worked with him describe him as a genuine, thoughtful, and servant leader.

Motivated by his own adverse childhood experiences, Will is a passionate advocate for vulnerable children and families. He is a devoted husband and father who lives with his family in Waxhaw, North Carolina. His work is deeply intertwined with his personal mission to provide children with the support he was fortunate to receive.
