Xavier Anguera

An entrepreneur and brilliant scientist, he co-founded the language-learning app ELSA. He holds a PhD in Speech Processing from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has authored over 100 publications and patents.
Originally from Barcelona, Xavier is an engineer at heart who enjoys tinkering and building small coding projects in his spare time. He has a passion for effective communication, having previously founded a Toastmasters club to help colleagues improve their public speaking skills. While considering his next career move after a solo venture, he serendipitously met his co-founder for ELSA at a research conference in Germany, which led to their successful collaboration.
