Yolanda Carter Mangolini

Yolanda is a Senior Director at Google, leading global business partnering for Real Estate and Workplace Services. A Stanford MBA graduate, she has a diverse background in strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, and operations, leveraging data to guide C-suite decisions.

Outside of work, she is a mother of three who is passionate about mentorship and sponsorship, particularly for women of color. She often shares lessons from her own rich, non-linear career journey to inspire others and advocates for building a trusted professional support network.
