Zimi Meka
Login to view DISC.Zimi Meka is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Managing Director of Ausenco, a global engineering and consulting firm he helped grow from a two-person startup in 1991 to a 4,000-person enterprise. A graduate of QUT with a Bachelor of Engineering, he is an Engineers Australia Hall of Fame inductee, specializing in the minerals and metals sector.
Described as a charismatic leader and a natural storyteller, Zimi is passionate about building strong teams and developing young talent. He channels this commitment through his role as Chairman of the Ausenco Foundation, which supports community, STEM, and Indigenous programs. He sits on the Great Barrier Reef Chairmans Panel.
He co-founded Ausenco at age 30, believing there was a better way to deliver value and make a difference in the engineering industry.
