Adam Gorczyca FCPA

Adam is a results-oriented CFO with over 20 years of senior finance experience in manufacturing and distribution. He combines excellent technical skills and a self-described mathematical approach with a focus on strategic initiatives like acquisitions, divestments, and technology implementation. He is a key member of the AH Beard leadership team.

Outside of his core financial duties, Adam is committed to professional development, recently completing courses on effective communication and leading teams through change. He is also deeply engaged in the specifics of his industry, having recently attended his first World Market trade show in Las Vegas.

Interestingly, while once skeptical of leadership training, he became an advocate after engaging in a structured, year-long program he found compelling.
