Adam Nepon is an engagement strategist and business development professional focused on building meaningful partnerships and supporting organizations through reconciliation and systems change. An MBA graduate from the Asper School of Business, his experience spans HR, talent acquisition, and organizational leadership. He is also a certified Traffic Control Trainer for Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Identifying as Jewish and Métis, Adam is deeply committed to his community. He has served on non-profit boards for over a decade and is the Vice Chair of the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce. Adam actively promotes Indigenous economic development and supports emerging youth leaders through his involvement with the Young Associates.
