Alina Sztoch is the CEO and co-founder of Kubota, the company behind the successful revival of Polands iconic footwear brand. With a Master of Law degree from the University of Lodz and a PRINCE2 certification, she is a two-time honoree in the "50 Most Creative People in Business" ranking.
Outside of work, Alina is a passionate football fan, dreaming of a season ticket for Real Madrid, and enjoys traveling with her wife. She is a strong advocate for values-driven leadership and believes in building a company culture based on ownership, transparency, and using business as a tool for social change.
