Alison Gowman is an Alderman for Dowgate Ward in the City of London, leading on climate action, biodiversity, and urban greening. She is also a consultant at DLA Piper, where she was the first female partner, specializing in real estate law. She is a graduate of Durham University.
Deeply engaged in civic and voluntary service, Alison serves as a Lay Canon at St Pauls Cathedral and founded the Livery Climate Action Group.
