Alison Stewart is an award-winning journalist and the host of WNYCs daily cultural affairs show, "All of It with Alison Stewart. " A graduate of Brown University, her extensive career includes reporting for PBS NewsHour, The Atlantic, NPR, and ABC News. She is also a Peabody Award recipient for her political coverage.
Outside of broadcasting, Alison is a published author with a deep passion for literature, which she explores as the host of the "GET LIT WITH ALL OF IT" book club, a partnership with The New York Public Library. She enjoys engaging with live audiences and moderating panels on various cultural topics.
Interesting fact: Alison authored "First Class, " a book detailing the history of Dunbar High School, Americas first public high school for African Americans, which both of her parents attended.
