Amy J. Wilson is a culture futurist and founder of the Culture Shift Studio, specializing in helping leaders build emotionally intelligent and equitable workplaces. A former White House Presidential Innovation Fellow and author of "Empathy for Change, " she uses systems thinking and behavioral science to drive meaningful organizational transformation, informed by her education in Ethics at Stanford University.
Outside of her professional work, Amy is an author who enjoys baking pies, international travel, and storytelling. She starts her days with journaling, meditation, or a short walk to maintain clarity. Her commitment to service was shaped early in her career when she joined AmeriCorps to help rebuild homes after Hurricane Katrina.
