Andrea Cichon is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tampa General Hospital, where she leads full-cycle recruitment and talent management for over 14, 000 team members. An alumna of the University of South Florida and Saint Leo University, she holds an MBA and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Deeply committed to her community, Andrea volunteers with numerous organizations, including Metropolitan Ministries and the March of Dimes. She also mentors students at local universities on career planning. She resides in Downtown Tampa with her husband, Michael, and their two Labradors, Paisley and Fallon.
She was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Hillsborough County Civil Services Board for a four-year term.
