Andrew Heine

He has led engineering teams at Figma and Ubers Advanced Technologies Group, and co-founded Classadoo, an educational platform. He currently teaches computer science, video game design, and entrepreneurship at Georgetown Day School.
Outside of his professional life, Andrew enjoys the creative arts and has personal projects in drawing and top-down shooter RPG development. He appreciates a good sense of humor and the work of talented artists. He has a wife, two young children, and a border collie puppy named Matilda.
He launched a high school course where students create their own businesses and can spin them off to keep the profits after the class ends.
