Andrew Skinner

Andrew is a dam safety and hydroelectric power plant operations specialist at Denver Water, managing key assets like the Strontia Springs and Gross Dams. His expertise covers large concrete and earth-filled dams, power plants, and raw water distribution, backed by a Water Distribution System Operator certification.
