Andy Choi

Andy is a Managing Director in Deloittes New York M&A Transaction Services Group with over 20 years of experience. He advises financial and strategic buyers on due diligence and accounting for domestic and cross-border transactions. Andy holds degrees in both Law (LLB) and Commerce (BCom).

As the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader for M&A Advisory, Andy is a vocal advocate for creating an inclusive work environment. He frequently shares content focused on advancing women in business, retaining talent, and building a positive corporate culture that supports work/life balance.

He began his career with Deloitte in Australia before transferring to the New York office in 2002.
