Angelina Cosmo

Angelina is an operations and community manager with over five years of experience at mission-driven startups. A graduate of Pace University with a degree in Psychology, she specializes in developing efficient, human-centric systems and scaling operations during periods of rapid growth. People who have worked with her describe her as confident and trustworthy.

Outside of work, Angelina is a queer stained glass artist based in Brooklyn. She channels her creativity and business acumen into her successful Etsy shop, where she designs, produces, and sells original glass artwork. Her academic concentrations included Gender and Queer Studies, reflecting a deep interest in community and identity.

She is the founder and operator of her own stained glass art and design company, Shards and Fangs Glass Co.
