Ankita Kolambkar

Ankita Kolambkar is the Vice President of Human Resources at YES BANK in Mumbai. Her expertise lies in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and aligning human capital with business goals, shaped by prior leadership roles at IndusInd Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank. She attended the IILM Institute for Higher Education.

Outside of her corporate HR career, Ankita is a director and co-founder of Kshetrakala Inspirations, a social enterprise. The organization is dedicated to reviving and promoting traditional Indian arts and crafts by working directly with artisans from various regions of the country.

She is the director of a private company aimed at preserving the legacy of Indian traditional arts.
