Anthony DiSilvestro is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience leading global consumer-facing companies. He recently retired as CFO of Mattel after joining in 2020 to help drive its successful turnaround. He previously spent over two decades at Campbell Soup Company, rising to the role of Chief Financial Officer.
He has a demonstrated history of leading major transformations and developing corporate strategies for multi-billion dollar organizations. A graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA from The Wharton School, he also serves on the Board of Directors for FMC Corporation, a global agricultural sciences company.
After a distinguished career, he announced his retirement from Mattel in May 2025, staying on as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition.
