Arun Subramony is the VP and General Manager for USTs Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) business, where he is responsible for P&L, growth, strategy, and delivery. He is a global business leader with over 25 years of experience driving transformation and growth. He holds a B. Tech from the University of Kerala and an MBA from Northwesterns Kellogg School of Management.

Aruns leadership philosophy is rooted in service, mentorship, and creating social impact. He was invited by the White House Economic Council and the Clinton Global Initiative to contribute to global strategies in renewable energy and technology innovation. He is a passionate advocate for using technology to make a positive impact on the world and for a human-centric approach to business.

He founded a company that built the worlds first solar-powered desalination plant, showcasing his commitment to combining business with sustainability.
