Driven by his personal experiences, Ashley is a passionate advocate for criminal justice reform and creating second chances. He is building a social enterprise to improve employment access for individuals within the system and has been a delegate at the One Young World summit.
He began his university studies while incarcerated and was later accepted into VC Lab, a top global program for launching venture capital firms.
