Aycan is a Policy Specialist at Google, leveraging her academic background from George Mason Universitys Schar School of Policy and Government. She has a strong foundation in policy analysis, research, and critical thinking, with previous experience as an administrative professional at the Fairfax Circuit Court.

Passionate about making a meaningful impact, Aycan is drawn to work that navigates complex challenges to improve peoples lives. A favorite memory from university was staying up late with friends to watch the 2018 midterm election results, finding the passionate and energetic atmosphere to be a powerful experience.

She majored in Government and International Politics with a concentration in International Relations and a minor in Legal Studies.
