Robert "Bob" Edwards is a primary care sports medicine physician at UPMC, specializing in non-operative treatments, concussion management, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and serves as a team physician for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Robert Morris University.
Outside of his medical practice, Bob is an active individual who enjoys playing soccer, golfing, and fishing. He also values spending his personal time with his wife and their dog, highlighting his commitment to both his hobbies and family.
He is one of the official team physicians for the NHLs Pittsburgh Penguins.
