Robert H. Mnookin is the Samuel Williston Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and the Director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project. He is a leading scholar in the fields of conflict resolution, negotiation, and family law, and holds both his undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard.
Outside of his academic work, he is an avid collector of contemporary art and has served on the board of the Foundation for Contemporary Art. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and grandchildren, blending his professional and personal life with a passion for creative expression.
He authored the influential book "Bargaining with the Devil, " which explores the complex dynamics of negotiating with adversaries one might consider evil.
