Bob Strawser

Bob Strawser serves as the Director of Hospitality and Operations at UPMC Altoona, where he has cultivated a career focused on enhancing the patient experience. With a Master of Health Administration from Penn State University, his roles have consistently involved leading service excellence, mission integration, and operational management within the hospital.

Deeply committed to his community, Bob actively participates in local causes. He has been a notable participant in the American Cancer Societys “Real Men Wear Pink Campaign, ” personally raising thousands for breast cancer awareness and support. He is also involved in city planning consultations for Altoona.

He once led a fundraising campaign where he wore pink every day for a month to raise over $5, 000 for the fight against breast cancer.
