Brandon Achen

Brandon Achen is the President and CEO of West Liberty Foods, a company where he has steadily risen through the ranks since starting as an intern. A graduate of Iowa State University, he has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Colleagues describe him as an outstanding and servant leader.

Originally from Iowa, Brandon grew up on his parents turkey farm, giving him a deep, farm-level understanding of the industry. He and his wife, Kira, are active in their community, donating to local school athletics and teaching their four children the importance of giving back.

He received the “30 Under 30 Award” at the International Poultry and Processing Expo in 2014, highlighting his early impact on the industry.
