Brian Straus MD

Dr. Brian Straus is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and owner at All-Star Orthopaedics, specializing in lower extremity reconstruction and trauma. A graduate of Texas A&M and UT Southwestern, he is the Chief of Orthopaedics at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center–Irving and serves on the board of United Musculoskeletal Partners.

Outside of his practice, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. His personal interests include outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He also serves as a team physician for several local high schools, staying connected to community sports.

He has a special clinical interest in performing complex procedures like total ankle replacements and post-traumatic reconstructions.
