Caity Rietzen is a Technical Project Manager for the City of Philadelphias Office of Innovation and Technology, managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects. A PMP-certified professional with a Masters in Library & Information Science from Drexel University, she has a unique background in public service innovation, previously directing library programs focused on community access and adult education.
Outside of her technology role, Caity has a strong passion for community engagement and culinary arts. She previously led the Free Library of Philadelphia’s Culinary Literacy Center, using food as a vehicle for learning and connection. She actively supports youth job training programs and has been recognized as a Volunteer of the Month by Philly VIP.
She co-authored a publication on using cooking classes to support young adults on the autism spectrum.
