A former nationally-ranked amateur tennis player and graduate of Universidad de Medellín, he focuses on developing innovative tennis and pickleball programs and mentoring fellow professionals through his leadership roles with the USPTA.
Outside of his professional life, Carlos has a keen interest in photography and a deep appreciation for transformative design and innovation. He was profoundly influenced by Steve Jobs while studying design engineering in college, an experience that has shaped his creative approach to program development and engagement.
As a competitive player, Carlos was the #1 ranked 4. 5 singles tennis player in his area for two years.
