Carol Pandiscia

Carol Pandiscia is the Director of People, Wellbeing, & Culture at Smith Brothers Insurance. She leverages 25 years of prior experience at ESPN, where she led technology and operations teams, to shape company culture and employee engagement. She is an alumna of Eastern Connecticut State University.

Outside of her corporate role, Carol is a certified yoga instructor. She actively applies her expertise by working with University of Connecticut athletic teams, teaching them yoga and specialized breathing techniques as tools for life and performance.

Unique fact: She serves as a director on the board of the Eastern Connecticut State University Foundation.
