Carter Peters

Carter Peters is a seasoned banking executive, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Four States Bank. A Certified Public Accountant, his expertise spans strategic financial management, capital raising, and M&A. He has a long history of leadership roles, including EVP and CFO at Guaranty Federal Bancshares.

Beyond his professional career, Carter is deeply involved in his community.
